Chief Imam of Ogbomosoland is dead

The Chief Imam of Ogbomosoland, Asheik Ashafa Sanusi, is dead.

The Muslim cleric passed away in the early hours of today, A source said.

Asheik Ashafa became chief Imam of Ogbomosoland on 2nd of June 2002.

Asheik Alamal Yekeen Ashafa Adegboyega Sanusi (adamalahu ayatahu) is in his late 80’s.

His janaza will hold by 4:00 pm today at Ogbomoso central mosque.
