The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Oyo State, has matriculated no fewer than 7,426 new students into its various courses.
The acting Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Mojeed Liasu, made this disclosure while speaking during the matriculation ceremony held at Ogbomoso on Tuesday.
Speaking at a well attended matriculation ceremony, which held inside the Institution's Great Hall, in Ogbomoso, the Ag. Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mojeed Olaide Liasu, said the University will continue to pursue greatness.
He, however, warned the new students to ensure strict obedience to laws and regulations, without which their right to studentship may be withdrawn.
Liasu who thanked Visitor to the University and Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Oluseyi Makinde, for his generosity towards LAUTECH, wished the students a fulfilling stay on Campus.
