Police Arrest Mother, Daughter For Alleged Murder In Oyo

A 52-year-old housewife, Mrs Bose Adegoke alongside her 28 years old daughter, Mrs Yetunde Adegoke have been arrested by the Oyo State Police Command for allegedly killing a 25-year-old man (name withheld) in Iseyin, Iseyin Local Government Area of the state.

According to the newsmen, it was learnt that the suspects, who were apprehended at different locations, are currently at the state Criminal Investigation Department, Iyaganku in Ibadan for interrogation.

According to a police source, the victim and Yetunde are in love. Yetunde is a single mother with two children while the victim has none.

They are in serious love and Yetunde informed her mother about the relationship and her mother agreed. They brainwashed the victim to pack into their house and he agreed

However, the source continued that when he falls sick, they rushed him to a hospital in Iseyin and abandoned him there. When there was no improvement, the management of the hospital was able to reach his mother who went to Iseyin to bring him back to Ibadan for medical attention. He eventually gave up a few days later.
