Oyo Assembly to Screen Commissioner- Nominees Tuesday

Oyo state House of Assembly has scheduled screening of commissioner-nominees forwarded to the Assembly by Governor Seyi Makinde for Tuesday, 27th of June, 2023.

Reading the message from the Executive on Thursday at the plenary, Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin directed the commissioner-nominees to submit their credentials to the office of the clerk before 5pm, Friday 23rd of June, 2023.

He also directed them to submit evidence of submission of Code of Conduct Bureau form.

Governor Seyi Makinde had forwarded names of Commissioner-nominees to the state House of Assembly.

The list contains 6 former commissioners and one new person. Also, there are 5 males and 2 females on the list.

The commissioner-nominees are, Mr Adeniyi Adebisi; Mr Akinola Ojo; Prof Musibau Babatunde, Prof Daud Sangodoyin; Mr Seun Ashamu; Alhaja Fausat Joke Sanni and Mrs Toyin Balogun who is the new person.

The Speaker of the 9th Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon.
