Easter: ‘Temmy Cakes And More’ Fed 200 People In Ogbomoso |OGBOMOSO INFO|



In the spirit of Easter season and the resultant effects of lockdown on individuals’ economic realities, the CEO of Temmy Cakes and more Miss Agboola Temitayo reached out to the underprivileged in Ogbomoso.
Miss Temitayo who has sponsored several other projects in the past fed over 200 people in areas like Taraa, Ijeru, Osupa, Odokoto, Gambari and Ago (lepers’ centre).
In his address, Pastor Samuel Akande expressed his happiness for being a part of the initiative which has touched people positively.
Pastor Samuel also implored people to also reach the vulnerables in the society.
The program was into two phases- evangelism and feeding of 200 people.
While speaking to our correspondent, Miss Temitayo said giving out back to the society has always been her driving force.
She charged people to reach out to the less-privileged around them no matter how little it may appear.
Amongst those in her team were Omolara, Damilola, Margaret, Damilola Ogundare, Romola and Pastor Samuel Akande.

The Speaker of the 9th Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin met the Senate President, Senator Ahmed Lawan to deliberate issues around financial autonomy for States Assembly and local governments.
