Factional chairman of the banned state chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Alhaji Abideen Ejiogbe, has commended governor Seyi Makinde for his first 100 days in office.
Ejiogbe also described the governor as a rare politician who demonstrated a strong commitment to the welfare of the people of the state within his first 100 days in office.
He advised Governor Makinde not to rest on his pulls, adding that if he maintains the speed, his administration would go down in history as a likeness of the era of the sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo.
Alhaji Ejiogbe, however, called on the governor to lift the ban on Oyo NURTW, assuring that he and his members would continue to allow peace in all parts of the State.
