The election petition tribunal sitting in,Ibadan, Oyo State capital will tomorrow, 10 September 2019, rule over the case brought before it by Hon. Mulikat Adeola Akande against the election that produce of Sen. AbdulFatai Buhari as senator representing Oyo North senatorial district.
Senator Buhari, who is representing the district for the second term, had defeated Akande with 107, 703 votes to 89, 365.
Not in agreement with the result, Rt. Hon Mulikat Adeola-Akande had challenged his victory at National assembly Tribunal sitting in Ibadan.
