JUST IN : Appeal Court Upheld Oyo PDP Lawmaker Election |OGBOMOSO INFO|

Contrary to the Tribunal judgement on Irepo/Olorunsogo state constituency which ruled against Hon. Qozeem Olayanju, Oyo Assembly Chairman House Committee on Information, the Appeal court in Ibadan on Friday afternoon set aside the lower court judgement.

The Judge pronounced that the ruling lack merit, therefore declared the appellant, Hon. Qozeem Olayanju as winner of the Irepo/Olorunsogo state constituency election.

The tribunal had earlier nullified the election result of Hon. Qozeem Olayanju of PDP, declared Mr. Mustapha Ajibola Azeez of the All Progressive Congress Party as the winner of the March 9 Oyo Assembly election.
