The Speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, recieves 2019 BB Naija ex-housemate, Seyi Awolowo, at his office in Ibadan.

Ogundoyin stated that "it was nice and interesting meeting with Seyi Awolowo as we discussed briefly but in depth about his plans for culture and tradition promotion in Nigeria. A brilliant and apt innovation which Oyo State Assembly is looking to partner with for culture promotion within the State".

The Oyo State Commissioner of Youth and Sports, Hon Seun Fakorede and Special Adviser on Youth and Sports Hon Kazeem Bolarinwa were also at the meeting to make it colourful.

Seyi Awolowo is the grandson of the Late Versatile Politician and Former Premier of Western region, Chief Obafemi Awolowo.

The Speaker of the 9th Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin met the Senate President, Senator Ahmed Lawan to deliberate issues around financial autonomy for States Assembly and local governments. The brief meeting which was held yesterday after a national legislative assignment in Abuja, it’s considered necessary to improve cooperation between the National Assembly (Nigerian Senate and House of Representatives) and the State legislative arm.
