Bunvic's Political Associate Cum Ex-Surulere LCDA Chair Dumps APC Embrace PDP |OGBOMOSO INFO|





A Close political associate of the Chairman, House of representatives Committe on Information and National Orientation,Hon Dokun Odebunmi Bunvic and immediate past  Chairman of Surulere South LCDA, Hon Ojo Sunday Makanjuola, has decamped from the All Progressive Congress(APC) to People's Democratic Party (PDP).

The former chairman led over 5,000 APC members in Surulere/Ogo-Oluwa Federal Constituency to PDP. Makanjuola stated that he was attracted by the good works of the performing Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde.

 He also commend the Honourable Commissioner for Establishment and Training, Hon Olasunkanmi Olaleye, for his efforts which led to the collapse of APC structure in the federal constituency.

The defectors were received into PDP family by the State Chairman, Alhaji Kunmi Mustapha, with the State Secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, State Organizing Secretary, Hon Taiwo Alagbe, State Financial Secretary, Mr Hakeem Arinola Temitope, State PRO, Engineer Akeem Olatunji, Surulere Local Government PDP Chairman, Mr Isaiah Adegbite, Hon Seun Ojo, House of Representatives member Surulere/Ogo-Oluwa Federal Constituency, Hon Folaranmi and many other PDP leaders across Oyo State were in attendance.

The Speaker of the 9th Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin met the Senate President, Senator Ahmed Lawan to deliberate issues around financial autonomy for States Assembly and local governments.
